Withdrawal
In accordance with EU
law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of
receiving the order, without providing a reason.
2. Eligibility for
Returns
To be eligible for a
return:
- The item must be unused and in perfect,
resalable condition
- It must be returned in its original
packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items are not
eligible for return or refund
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer
- We do not refund the original shipping
cost
5. How to Initiate
a Return
To initiate a return,
contact us at support@woodora.gr within 14 days of delivery. We will provide
instructions on how and where to return your item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is
received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed
to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Damaged or
Incorrect Items
If your order arrives
damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it promptly.
